Ladybug -- IN A NEW HOME -- THANK YOU!

Ladybug is a senior citizen who is good on trails. Anyone can ride! We used her as a "baby-beginner" horse. She has foundered in the past. She is FREE to a GOOD HOME. Ride her this summer, or have your kids take her out on the trail!

Tigger is green-broke and needs more arena miles. He is great on trails. He also has a very fast gallop and can outrun regular-sized horses.

Tigger needs someone who will continue his training. You won't be disappointed -- with time I think he will make an excellent kids horse. He will be great for a 4-H or OHSET kid working with a trainer. $500 obo or available on a long-term care lease.

Sweet Pea

Sweet is a non-spooky, quiet horse that will pack intermediate children and up. She has a habit of rooting with beginner riders. If she has a long western-loop rein, she feels comfortable and will not root. She goes walk/trot/canter in the arena and also go out on trails. She does have some health issues which makes her FREE TO A GOOD HOME.

Romeo will do best with his own special person rather than part of a lesson program. He was successfully used in his past life as a beginner horse to build confidence for his little girl. "the Dude" is a very laid-back, quiet gelding. Started in the summer of '09, he has had about 90 of training put on him. He has logged several trail miles, and goes walk/trot/canter both directions in the arena. With time and continued training, he will make a great kids horse. Ginger has had a background in Dressage and even jumps a little. She has a lovely rocking horse canter and is great on trails. She will pack children or adults on trails! We use her for strong beginners in the arena, but with more regular work she could easily be a beginner horse. She can be a little crabby on the ground (pins her ears but no bite), but I think her attitude would improve in a different situation. She is pigeon-toed, but to date this has not caused her any lameness issues. $750 or available for a long-term care-lease.

Because of this, we think she is best fitted to an intermediate rider. She is an remarkable trail horse and has covered many difficult trail miles.
